Tony - What I Can Do

Tony pulls attachments from a client email, saves them to the correct Dropbox project subfolder, generates a share link, and forwards to a team member with the files attached and a summary of the client's message. One command handles the full chain.

Forward any email with an image, video, or PDF to tony@austinvisuals.com. Tony routes it to the correct project folder. If the destination is unclear it asks for confirmation. A Dropbox link is always sent back so you can verify.

Creates a full folder structure under /Client with 7 standard subfolders: Client, Art, Client Reference, Project Files, Renders, Scripts, Uploads. Sends a confirmation with a Dropbox link.

Creates the same folder structure under /Client/Z_Proposals and Prospects. Use for leads and proposals not yet signed.

Tony can generate a Dropbox file-request link aimed at any project or prospect folder, email it to the client, and automatically share the destination folder with the right internal teammate (e.g., Adam). Great for collecting reference dumps without giving clients full Dropbox access. Tony can also monitor the intake folder hourly and alert Matt when new files land.

CC or BCC tony@austinvisuals.com on any client email. Tony scans the thread for attachments and links, files them to the correct project folder, and replies with a confirmation + Dropbox link. Deduplication prevents re-filing files from prior emails in the same thread.

Can't remember the exact project name or what you're looking for? Just describe it vaguely - Tony digs through Dropbox, makes an educated guess based on folder names, file types, and dates, and sends back the most likely match with a direct link. No more manually hunting through nested folders.

Ask Tony to list all available project folders. Useful when you need to find the exact folder name for an upload or assignment.

When a new project is created, Tony automatically adds a row to the AV Best Work Samples sheet with the project name and Dropbox folder link. No manual entry needed. As the project progresses, YouTube, Vimeo, and AV Web links can be added to that row.

At the end of a project, ask Tony to build a case study. Tony checks how much data it has - from emails forwarded to susan@austinvisuals.com, project registry notes, and Dropbox files - then walks you through a structured flow:

Step 1 - Confirm the project: Tony asks for the project name, approximate start/end dates, and confirms it has the right project (not just a similarly named one).
Step 2 - Data audit: Tony summarizes what it knows. If data is thin, it prompts you to forward relevant emails, share client feedback, or fill in a template.
Step 3 - Draft the case study: Tony writes a full case study - client challenge, AV approach, deliverables, results, formats used, timeline.
Step 4 - Images: Once the text is approved, Tony asks if you want supporting visuals. It can pull screenshots from Dropbox renders, source existing assets, or generate AI images to illustrate key moments.
Step 5 - Google Doc delivery: After final approval, Tony builds a formatted Google Doc with text + images ready to copy-paste onto austinvisuals.com. Human does the final polish and publishes.

Post a project update. Tony logs it with your name and timestamp, then notifies Matt and Nancy. You can edit or delete your own update by replying.

Get a full status report - assigned staff, due date, Dropbox link, and recent updates. Only works if you're assigned to the project (or you're Matt/Nancy).

If you're not assigned to a project, Tony will ask if you want to request access. Matt or Nancy can approve by replying "Approve [Name] for [Project]".

Paste any script - straight voiceover narration, a film script with scene directions, or a mix of both - and Tony returns an estimated runtime. For VO-only scripts, Tony calculates at standard narration pace (~130 words/min) and flags if the pace should be adjusted (slow/dramatic vs. fast/energetic). For full film scripts, Tony strips stage directions and action lines, estimates dialogue delivery time separately, and adds scene transition buffers. Returns total runtime + a per-section breakdown so artists know exactly how long each animation segment needs to be before they start building.

Email Tony a script and describe the voice style you want. Tony generates an audio file using ElevenLabs and emails it back ready to use.

Describe any sound effect and Tony will generate and send back an audio file. Useful for video production, presentations, or demos.

Describe the style, mood, or feel of music you need and Tony will generate an MP3 and email it back. Good for concept video background tracks, client presentations, or demos. Powered by ElevenLabs.

Generate short AI video clips from a text description using Google Veo. Default model is Veo 2 (standard quality, lowest cost). To request a higher quality model, include a reason - it will be flagged to Matt for awareness. Video is emailed back to you as an attachment.

Send Tony high-res start + end frames (or a multi-image reference set) plus the creative brief. Tony packages the shot for Kling, tracks the render, and drops the MP4 + thumbnails into artifacts/kling/[project] with ready-to-paste storyboard notes.

Generate high-quality AI video from a text prompt or reference image using Runway ML's Gen 4.5 (flagship quality) or Seedance 2.0 (multi-modal). Specify duration, ratio, and style. Video is returned as a download link.

Generate still images via Runway's image API. Supports Gen 4 Image, Gen 4 Image Turbo, GPT Image 2, Gemini Image 3 Pro, and Gemini 2.5 Flash. Use for concept art, storyboard frames, product mockups, and reference images.

Powered by ElevenLabs via Runway API. Clean background noise from audio, dub video into another language, or convert one voice to another style. Useful for client deliverables, localization, and audio post-production.

Upscale any image to higher resolution using Magnific Precision Upscaler v2 via Runway. Good for client deliverables, print-ready assets, and improving low-res reference images.

Email any MP4 to jennifer@austinvisuals.com with instructions like "Watermark this clip." Tony tiles "Austin Visuals Sample" (or any text you specify) in a 3x3 grid across the frame at ~18% opacity, keeps audio intact, and emails the watermarked file back for safe sharing.

Say "call me" to Tony on Telegram and Tony will call you directly on your phone using a real two-way AI voice conversation. Tony speaks with a natural American voice and can hold a full conversation. Calls come from (775) 347-7887. SMS notifications from that number are also coming soon.
