🤝 Send Mutual NDA
Tony verifies DocuSeal template 3506654 in the background. If it's misconfigured, Tony falls back to a generated mutual NDA so this still works.
📋 Send Austin Visuals W9
Tony stamps today's date onto the pre-signed W9 before sending it. The recipient does not need to sign anything.
📥 Request W9 from Contractor
The contractor is the only signer. Matt gets the completed W9 automatically after they finish.
🖊️ Countersign Received PDF
Upload the already signed PDF, enter the sender's email, and Tony will send Matt a signing link. After Matt signs, the completed copy will be emailed back to the sender.
